Discover (Stage 1):
- Identify the Problem: Begin by understanding and defining the problem space. This involves extensive research, observation, and engaging with stakeholders to gain insights into the issue at hand.

Define (Stage 2):
- Refine the Problem Statement: Based on the insights gathered, narrow down and redefine the problem statement. This step involves synthesizing information to identify key challenges and opportunities.

Develop (Stage 3 – First Diamond):
- Generate Ideas: Encourage divergent thinking to brainstorm and generate a wide array of ideas and potential solutions. Explore different perspectives and possibilities without limitations.

Deliver (Stage 4 – First Diamond):
- Prototype and Test: Select the most promising ideas and translate them into tangible prototypes or mock-ups. Test these prototypes with users or stakeholders to gather feedback and refine concepts.

Diverge (Stage 5 – Second Diamond):
- Iterate and Expand: Based on the feedback and insights gathered from testing, revisit the solutions and ideas generated. Encourage further brainstorming and ideation to expand upon the initial concepts and explore new directions.

Converge (Stage 6 – Second Diamond):
- Refine and Finalize: Select the most viable and effective solutions from the expanded pool of ideas. Refine these solutions, incorporating user feedback and insights, to develop a final iteration ready for implementation.
